Cashews

  • Nutr Machine

  • 1 turmeric and ginger nutr blend

  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes

  • 1 tbsp cashew

  • 1 date (pitted)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Sprinkle of black pepper

  1. Blend on “Warm”
